Liverpool Backgammon Open 2026

Saturday 11th - Sunday 12th July

Note: Pre registered players will be given priority until 8th May. After that, any available places will be offered to those on the waiting list.

Tournament Details


Single flight               As with all our previous tournaments, there is only one flight – we are not splitting into Masters and Intermediates.


Registration/entry       Total £85

Registration  £45 / Entry Fee £40  Registration includes a buffet on both Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes.

There will be free tea, coffee and tap water throughout the tournament.


Juniors                   Junior competitors (ie under 18s) pay Registration only, and cannot win cash prizes.


Competition 

In addition to the main competition there will be the consolation tournament, a 1 point shootout running throughout the weekend, and, on the Sunday, a Last Chance knockout tournament.

Saturday night we will again hold a doubles tournament. Entry will be £20 per pair, with side pools too. 

Venue

There is free parking at the Parish Centre and on adjacent roads.

The Centre is 13 Minute walk from Broadgreen Merseyrail Station and there are buses from the centre serving Rocky Lane.
